Computer Records definition

Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).
Computer Records means any computer records now owned or hereafter acquired by any Debtor.
Computer Records means the sum of information which is provided to the Licensee by way of the Licensee's central processing computer equipment in respect of a Player or Syndicate Player and in respect of details of:

Examples of Computer Records in a sentence

  • A Ticket which is recorded as void or cancelled in the Licensee’s Computer Records shall be void regardless of whether such Ticket was cancelled in error by a Retailer or the Licensee or otherwise, and no Prize shall be payable in respect of such Ticket.

  • In the event that the details recorded on the Player's or Syndicate Player's Ticket are not consistent with the details held by the Licensee by way of Computer Records then the latter shall apply to the exclusion of the former and shall determine what Prize, if any, the Player or Syndicate Player shall be entitled to and the Player or Syndicate Player shall be bound by any such determination.

  • The Licensee shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in respect of a Player’s selections as recorded on the Computer Records.

  • In the event that the details recorded on the Player's Ticket are not consistent with the details held by the Licensee by way of Computer Records then the latter shall apply to the exclusion of the former and shall determine what Prize, if any, the Player shall be entitled to and the Player shall be bound by any such determination.

  • Virusany software code including but not limited to any logic bomb, Trojan horse or worm that has been introduced by any Third Party or by any Employee and that is designed to damage, destroy, corrupt, overload, circumvent or impair the functionality of the Policyholder’s Computer Systems or Policyholder’s Computer Records.


More Definitions of Computer Records

Computer Records has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(g) of this Agreement.
Computer Records means any Data stored within any:
Computer Records means the sum of information, including Ticket Number information, which is held by the Licensee by way of or through the Licensee’s central processing computer equipment in respect of an Instant Lottery or a Promotional Instant Lottery and which is retained or recorded on a magnetic tape or otherwise stored;

The Hospital District may sell, lease, or license such software for commercial or noncommercial use.
Computer Records means the sum of information which is provided to the Licensee by way of the Licensee's central processing computer equipment in respect of a Player and in respect of details of a Player's Entry in a Draw Lottery Game and where appropriate a Player's entry in a Promotional Draw Lottery Game and which is retained or recorded on magnetic tape or otherwise stored;
Computer Records means the computer records of the Company reflecting the operating statistics of the Company on a given day (including the number of Paying Users).
