Compact Disc definition

Compact Disc means a Digital Record in any configuration (e.g., Album, Single, EP) in disc form primarily reproducing sound (but not together with visual images), the signals of which are read and transmitted from that disc by means of laser;
Compact Disc means a combined optical and electronic storage device designed to be used in conjunction with a computer that causes a Motion Picture to be visible on the screen of a monitor or television receiver for viewing in a substantially linear manner. A Compact Disc does not include any type of VideoCassette or VideoDisc. Compact Disc Interactive when used as a Right is a type of Interactive Multimedia Right and when used to describe a Work is a type of Interactive MultiMedia Work. Disc means the same as VideoDisc.
Compact Disc means the computer data storage discs in Excel or any other agreed upon format prepared by Seller which shall contain the information required for the automated conversion of the Assumed Deposit Accounts.

More Definitions of Compact Disc

Compact Disc means and refer to a Record which is replayed by means of a laser (and shall include, without limitation, so-called "enhanced CDs" and "CD-ROM").
