Data Room definition

Data Room means the virtual data room created and maintained by the Liquidator for Qualified Bidder(s) to conduct the due diligence and to access the information & documents in relation to the Corporate Debtor under the terms of the Confidentiality Undertaking;

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

Examples of Data Room in a sentence

The Certificate Administrator shall not be required to restrict access to the Secure Data Room on a loan-by-loan basis and any Person with access to the Secure Data Room shall covenant to access only the information necessary to perform its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Upon receipt of such certification, the Certificate Administrator shall promptly (and in any case within two (2) Business Days after such receipt) grant the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Secure Data Room.
In no case whatsoever shall Certificateholders be permitted to access the Secure Data Room.
The Certificate Administrator shall not have any obligation to produce physical or electronic copies of any document or information provided to it for posting to the Secure Data Room.
In no case shall the Certificate Administrator be deemed to have obtained actual or constructive knowledge of the contents of, or information contained in, any Diligence File by virtue of posting such Diligence File to the Secure Data Room.

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.

Data Room means the Data Room relating to the Assets comprising the information made available to the Buyer and its advisers referred to in the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room means the electronic documentation site established by the Company.

Data Room means the electronic documentation site established by Intralinks on behalf of Seller containing the documents set forth in the index included in Section 1.01(a) of the Disclosure Schedules.

Data Room means the secure virtual data room set up and maintained by MSAPL, or any person on its behalf, created for accessing Confidential Information in relation to the RfS and the bidding process hereunder including the information set out in Annexure I, and which is to be operated in compliance with the rules set out in this RfS.

Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, the contents of which on the date of this Agreement are set forth in the index of documents, which is appended to the Company Disclosure Letter;
