The Certificate Administrator shall not be required to restrict access to the Secure Data Room on a loan-by-loan basis and any Person with access to the Secure Data Room shall covenant to access only the information necessary to perform its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Upon receipt of such certification, the Certificate Administrator shall promptly (and in any case within two (2) Business Days after such receipt) grant the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Secure Data Room.

More Definitions of Data Room

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.

Data Room means the Data Room relating to the Assets comprising the information made available to the Buyer and its advisers referred to in the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room means the virtual data room established for the purpose of sharing due diligence materials with respect to the Company.
