Data Room definition

Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.
Data Room means the virtual data room created and maintained by the Liquidator for Qualified Bidder(s) to conduct the due diligence and to access the information & documents in relation to the Corporate Debtor under the terms of the Confidentiality Undertaking;

More Definitions of Data Room

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.
Data Room means the Data Room relating to the Assets comprising the information made available to the Buyer and its advisers referred to in the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room means the online e-data room established by Seller and any files, records, information and documents otherwise furnished by Seller to Buyer or its Representatives in connection with the transactions contemplate hereby.
