Data Inventory. Company shall provide District with a data inventory that inventories all data fields and delineates which fields are encrypted within Company’s platform maintaining collected District data.
Data Inventory. Working with the County, City, and service providers, the team will gather the information needed to develop an accurate picture of existing development entitlements and level and capacity of and projections for urban services. This data would include that generated from County and City departments and special districts (fire, EMS, law enforcement, sewer, water, road maintenance, technical planning services); relevant City and County plans and studies; demographic and population information; and a review of findings with CCS, IC, and CPAT. Interviews with City and County planning departments will be conducted to confirm existing development entitlements and identify future growth trends and areas of likely development. In addition to service expenditures, we will collect fiscal data that describes revenue currently collected and that from anticipated development within the JGA. We will synthesize information into brief snapshots on plan topics that provide an overview and analysis of baseline conditions for all land use and urban service elements utilizing infographics and establishing baseline indicators. Case studies will also be documented to compare indicators to other communities within the region. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will utilize our auditing and benchmarking tools to identify gaps in existing policies, regulations, and processes governing the JGA. Deliverables: • Refined and final project schedule/communication protocolPublic Involvement Plan • Questionnaire #1 (Intro and Sign-Up) • Public input and kickoff events and interviews summaries • Existing conditions snapshots, including level of service analysis for City/County services • Summary of existing and anticipated future revenue generated within the JGA • Policy gap summary, including existing City and County development standards and review processes summary for properties within the JGA Meetings: • Internal Kickoff Meeting • Public Kickoff Events • One-on-One Interviews • CCS/IC/CPAT Meetings #1 and #2 • Boards and Commission Work Sessions Note: public kickoff events, one-on-one interviews, CS/IC/CPAT Meetings #1, and select boards and commission presentations are anticipated to be held over the course of one week, with the project team in Xxxxxxx XXXXX 0 | JOINT GROWTH AREA OPTIONS
