Custodian Compensation. As compensation for its Custodian activities hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to its fees and expenses as set forth in the Custodian Fee Letter and indemnity amounts payable by the Borrower to the Custodian (including Indemnified Amounts under Article XVII) under the Transaction Documents (collectively, the “Custodian Fees and Expenses”).
Custodian Compensation. As compensation for its Custodian activities hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to a Custodian Fee pursuant to the provision of Section 2.7(a)(1), Section 2.7(b)(1) or Section 2.8(1), as applicable. The Custodian’s entitlement to receive the Custodian Fee shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Custodian and appointment of a successor custodian pursuant to Section 13.9 and the Custodian has ceased to hold any Required Loan Documents or (ii) the termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Custodian shall be entitled to receive any accrued and unpaid Custodian Fees due and owing to it at the time of such removal or termination.
Custodian Compensation. The Custodian shall be paid compensation at such rates and at such times as may from time to time be agreed on in writing by the parties hereto (as set forth with respect to each Series in EXHIBIT B hereto), and the Custodian shall have a lien for unpaid compensation, to the date of termination of this Agreement, upon any cash or Securities held by it for the Series accounts of the Fund, enforceable in the manner specified in Article 11 hereof.
Custodian Compensation. As compensation for its Custodian activities hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to fees pursuant to the Custodian Fee Letter. The Custodian’s entitlement to receive the fees under the Custodian Fee Letter shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Custodian pursuant to Section 14.05 or (ii) the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement or earlier resignation or removal of the Custodian, the Borrower shall pay to the Custodian such compensation, and shall likewise reimburse the Custodian for its costs, expenses and disbursements, as may be due as of the date of such termination, resignation or removal, as the case may be. All indemnifications in favor of the Custodian under this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement, or any resignation or removal of the Custodian. The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse to the Custodian upon its request from time to time all costs, disbursements, advances, and expenses (including reasonable fees and expenses of legal counsel) incurred, in connection with the preparation or execution of this Agreement, or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or performance by the Custodian of its duties and services under this Agreement (including costs and expenses of any action deemed necessary by the Custodian to collect any amounts owing to it under this Agreement).
Custodian Compensation. Custodians working for Environmental Services at UW Medical Center and Harborview will receive an Infection Control Premium pay of $1.00 per hour. Custodian Lead Assignment. Custodians assigned lead duties by the Employer will be paid $1.65 per hour for the duration of the assignment. A lead is one who is assigned lead responsibilities as defined by management but does not have supervisory authority. A lead assignment is delegated responsibility for training, assigning, organizing and scheduling work and reviewing completed work assignments. Lead assignment pay may be for an indefinite period, solely determined by the Employer and it shall not provide the basis for an allocation or reallocation under Article 44. Existing lead custodian positions may be converted to lead assignments when vacant, at management’s option. Management decisions to create, modify, or end any lead assignments under this section after July 1, 2013 are not grievable. Employees holding lead job classifications as of July 1, 2013 will not be affected by this section.
Custodian Compensation. As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to a Custodian Fee and any unpaid Custodian Expenses to the extent of funds available therefor pursuant to the provision of Section 2.7. The Custodian’s entitlement to receive the Custodian Fee (other than due and unpaid Custodian Fees owed through such date) shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Custodian or (ii) the termination of this Agreement.
Custodian Compensation. Custodian Compensation. Custodians may be offered the opportunity to be a team leader for summer cleaning activities. Team leaders will receive extra compensation above their hourly wage in the amount of $1.50 per hour during summer crew hours.
Custodian Compensation. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any expenses, costs or fees of the Custodian in connection with the Program shall be paid solely by the Investment Administrator from the Daily Fee or the fee described in Section 2.9(b) as appropriate. If such expenses, costs or fees have not been paid within 30 days, the Custodian may, upon three days’ prior written notice to the Investment Administrator, debit the Joint Account or the Individual Portfolio with respect to which fees have not been paid, as appropriate.
