Custodian Expenses definition

Custodian Expenses. The out-of-pocket expenses to be paid to the Collateral Custodian and Securities Custodian under the Custody Agreement.
Custodian Expenses means the out-of-pocket expenses to be paid to the Custodian under the Custodian Fee Letter.
Custodian Expenses means the fees and expenses and other amounts payable to the Custodian pursuant to the Agency Agreement from time to time.

Related to Custodian Expenses

  • Custodian Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of the Custodian Fee Rate and the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Due Period. “Custodian Fee Rate”: 0.002% per annum.

  • Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.

  • Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.
