Custodian Fees and Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 12.17.
Custodian Fees and Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 12.17. “DBNY” means Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch, and its successors.
Custodian Fees and Expenses means such fees, together with reimbursement for reasonable expenses and disbursements, in each case, as shall have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof among the Administrator, the Depositors and each Custodian, and all other amounts due and owing to any Custodian pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.

  • Disbursements shall include, but not be limited to, costs of travel, telephone, copying, fax transmission, depositions, investigators, messengers, mediation expenses, computer research fees, court fees, expert fees, other consultation fees and paralegal expenses. Any recovery in the Litigation shall first be used to reimburse disbursements.

  • Attorneys Fees and Costs” means attorneys’ fees agreed upon by the Parties and
