SCHEDULING WORK. The utility's feeders are removed from service for normal work on closely restricted schedules. If the Contractor requires an outage of the utility feeder or needs to have the service de-energized for routine work, it shall notify the utility and obtain a date that Work can be performed in conjunction with the Utility. The schedule will be modified only by mutual agreement of the interested parties except that, in an emergency, the utility may cancel the scheduled outage and the Contractor shall be so notified.

SCHEDULING WORK. 20.01 Start times shall be posted on the prior Friday of the week for which the starting times shall be effective. Employees who are ordered to report for work prior to said scheduled starting times shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for all hours worked prior to their regular starting time. Employees who are ordered to report for work later than their scheduled starting time shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for the number of hours equal to the number of hours called into work after their scheduled start time.
SCHEDULING WORK. Whenever the Tribe desires to use the County services to undertake routine maintenance or repair of Tribe vehicles, the Tribe shall notify the County's Everett Shop Supervisor or Communication Repair Technician for scheduling the work. SCHEDULING WORK. 15.4.1 The Employer shall notify all affected employeesof any schedule change, including a change from an eight (8) hour day work week to 4/10 hour week, or vice versa, by the posting of a notice on or before noon on Thursday of the week preceding the scheduling change. This notice shall specify: (a) the work are involved (e.g., maintenance, evisceration, cut-up, packaging, and/or shipping and receiving), (b) the number of employees required for each work area, and (c) the scheduled work days and hours.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

  • Overtime Scheduling (A) It is the intent of the City, consistent with efficient and effective operation of the Division of Police, to distribute in an equitable manner, all pre-scheduled overtime among all members. Recognition will be given to the qualifications of the members and the requirements placed on the City by any third party funding sources. Any complaints by members that pre-scheduled overtime is not being equitably distributed among all qualified members as described above may be brought by the Lodge directly to the Chief's attention at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure and shall also be a proper subject for discussion in a Labor Relations Committee meeting. Inability to work a prescheduled overtime assignment due to illness or death in the family or injury will not require the member to charge such absence against sick leave or injury leave.

  • Self Scheduling The Home and the Union may agree to implement a self-scheduling process. Self-scheduling is the mechanism by which employees in a Home create their own work schedules. The purpose of self scheduling is to improve job satisfaction and quality of work life for the participating employees. Self scheduling requires a collaboration of employees and management to ensure proper coverage of the Home and to meet the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that self scheduling will be negotiated locally by the Home and the Union and will include a trial period. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes.   • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.
