Series Accounts definition

Series Accounts is defined in Section 4.2.
Series Accounts means the Principal Funding Account and the Reserve Account.

Examples of Series Accounts in a sentence

  • Rebate Fund, and within such Fund there may be established by Supplemental Indenture authorizing a Series of Bonds a separate Series Rebate Account for each such Series of Bonds issued hereunder.Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Supplemental Indenture authorizing any Series of Bonds may establish such other Series Accounts or dispense with the Series Accounts set forth above as shall be deemed advisable by the Issuer in connection with such Series of Bonds.

  • To the extent specified in the Series Supplement with respect to any Series of Notes, the Trustee may establish and maintain one or more Series Accounts and/or administrative accounts of any such Series Account in accordance with the terms of such Series Supplement.

More Definitions of Series Accounts

Series Accounts means, for any Collateral Series, any bank accounts established for the benefit of the related Note Series, as defined in the related Indenture Supplement.
Series Accounts. Any deposit, trust, escrow, collateral, reserve or similar account established and maintained by the Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders of any Series or Class as specified in any Series Supplement.
Series Accounts means each of the Series Rental Accounts, Series Vehicle Accounts, Series Interest Funding Accounts, Series Principal Funding Accounts and any other accounts established pursuant to an Indenture Supplement in respect of a Series.
Series Accounts shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3C.2(a).
