CREW CHIEFS. 34.01 Crew Chiefs shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour over their current rate of pay at the time of promotion and if not at the maximum of the pay grade will continue automatic increases until they reach the grade maximum plus $1.00. The maximum rate of pay for a Crew Chief shall be one dollar ($1.00) over the employee’s current grade maximum.

CREW CHIEFS. The Company may select, without bidding, employees to act as crew chiefs who shall receive a premium of $1.00 per hour over their base rate while performing such crew chief duties. The number, selection and removal of such crew chiefs designated shall be at the Company's discretion and shall not be subject to grievance and arbitration. Each crew chief shall have the responsibilities delegated to him by his xxxxxxx and shall be responsible for 4 or more employees besides himself for those departments which contain 5 or more employees. Crew chiefs will be appointed from the department in which they are to act as crew chief. Initial selection of crew chiefs shall be from current lead men. Whenever the Company utilizes a Crew Chief, all affected employees will be informed of who is performing this duty.
CREW CHIEFS. The certified crew chief must be at the job-site throughout the duration of the job. Each crew chief must choose one of the following certification pathways.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.
