COVID Measures. No Group Company has directly or indirectly, sought, pursued, applied for, claimed, obtained, received, accepted or otherwise availed itself of any loan, grant, funding, tax benefit or other benefit, relief or assistance under (a) the CARES Act, (b) Covid-19 Emergency Response Act (Canada), (c) any government program established or expanded thereunder, related thereto or funded thereby or (d) any other legislation enacted, any rule or regulation promulgated, or any other program established or expanded, by any Governmental Authority in connection with, or in response to, COVID-19 or designed to provide economic or other benefit, relief or assistance to Persons in connection therewith or in relation thereto (including (i) the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program, and (ii) any program or facility established or expanded by the Federal Reserve in response to COVID-19, including the Main Street Lending Program, the Main Street New Loan Facility, the Main Street Priority Loan Facility, the Main Street Expanded Loan Facility, the Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility and the Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility). Each Group Company has complied in all material respects with all applicable COVID-19 Measures that have the force of Law.

COVID Measures. The Renter has the responsibility to follow public health measures for prevention, i.e. masks worn indoors, maintain physical distancing, individual screening prior to entry, retain contact information of participants for at least one month for contact tracing purposes. The JP2 Centre falls under the jurisdiction of Southwest Public Health; follow covid restriction updates at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx It is your responsibility to adhere to Provincial and local health unit protocols and regulations always regarding Covid while at the JP2 Centre. Any offense, and related fines, are the responsibility of your organization, not FFI.
COVID Measures. (a) Each Group Company is and has been in compliance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, including the provision of paid leave benefits required thereunder and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

COVID Measures. In case the intern cannot arrive to the previously booked on-site internship program due to the closed borders no refund is possible. The Agent does it’s best to negotiate the internship shift with the hosting company/language school/landlord for any period, considering that new visa invitation should be paid additionally. If the program shift is impossible for any reason, the Agent negotiates with the hosting company the on-line format of the program.

  • Mitigation Measures Company shall take commercially reasonable measures (except measures causing it to incur out-of-pocket expenses which BNYM does not agree in advance to reimburse) to mitigate losses or potential losses to BNYM, including taking verification, validation and reconciliation measures that are commercially reasonable or standard practice in the Company’s business.

  • Measures SAP protects its assets and facilities using the appropriate means based on the SAP Security Policy • In general, buildings are secured through access control systems (e.g., smart card access system). • As a minimum requirement, the outermost entrance points of the building must be fitted with a certified key system including modern, active key management. • Depending on the security classification, buildings, individual areas and surrounding premises may be further protected by additional measures. These include specific access profiles, video surveillance, intruder alarm systems and biometric access control systems. • Access rights are granted to authorized persons on an individual basis according to the System and Data Access Control measures (see Section 1.2 and 1.3 below). Guests and visitors to SAP buildings must register their names at reception and must be accompanied by authorized SAP personnel. • SAP employees and external personnel must wear their ID cards at all SAP locations.
