Core Committee. The Region and the Union will seek to continue with other unions a Core Health & Safety Committee, the purpose of which is to exchange health and safety information and to coordinate the promotion of health and safety in the workplace. The members of the Committee will develop terms of reference suitable to all the parties. The Core Committee will meet two (2) times per year and will be comprised of the Co-chairs of the Joint Health and Safety Committees.

Core Committee. (1-2 coordinators, 4-6 faculty members). This body will serve as the administrative core of the program, responsible for curricular decisions, advising, budgetary issues, and immediate teaching responsibilities (all members must teach at least one course per year, including teaching required courses as needed). The core committee will be headed by the program coordinator, who will take primarily responsibility for day-to-day operations of the program and will spearhead program development and maintenance.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.
