Joint Health and Safety Committees. (a) The Employer shall maintain a series of Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSC), including sub- committees, providing effective coverage for its workplaces and activities.
Joint Health and Safety Committees. 4. There shall be a Joint Health and Safety Committee (the "Joint Committee") for each Bargaining Unit.

The Union shall be entitled to select a representative to each Joint Health and Safety Committee established and time spent by such representative at meetings, or in the performance of any other committee functions, shall be considered time worked at the regular rate of pay.
Joint Health and Safety Committees. 1. The Central Michigan University Joint Health and Safety Committee will include the Vice President of Local 1568 as an ex officio member and co-chair plus one member of the bargaining unit appointed by the President from each of the following areas:
Joint Health and Safety Committees. CAMH has the following current Joint Health and Safety Committees: A Central CAMH-wide committee Queen Street site committee Xxxxxxx/College Street site committee Downtown East/Downtown West Clinics committee and shall establish any other additional committees that are mandated by an order or agreement under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The Central Committee shall include the Union and management co-chairperson from each of the above non-central committees. Terms of reference and operating guidelines for all committees shall be established by the Central Committee and shall be in compliance and accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. At least one (1) member from each of the Xxxxxxx Street site, the College Street site, the Downtown East/West site, and two (2) members from the Queen Street site and two (2) members at large will be certified workers as defined under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Joint Health and Safety Committees. (a) A Joint Health and Safety Committee shall be established which is composed of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives, with a minimum of six members. The Joint Health and Safety Committee shall be co-chaired by one union representative and one employer representative. The Health and Safety Committee shall hold meetings at least once every three months, or more frequently if requested by the Union or by the Employer to jointly consider monitoring, inspecting, investigating, reviewing and improving health and safety conditions and practices. Minutes shall be taken of all meetings and copies shall be provided to the Employees and to the Union.
Joint Health and Safety Committees a) The Company and the Union recognize the need for constructive and meaningful consultations on Health and Safety matters;
Joint Health and Safety Committees. In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) the employer will support the following committees: • A Central Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee co-chaired by an Employer and Union designate. • Local Health and Safety Committees co-chaired by an Employer and Union designates in each geographic location. The committee will meet and function in accordance with their respective terms of reference. Salary cost for joint meetings and agreed to expenses, including reasonable preparation time, will be paid by the employer. Training: The Employer will provide certification level I and II training to each committee representative.
Joint Health and Safety Committees. 2.01(a) Meetings: The Joint Health and Safety Committees shall meet monthly or additional meetings as deemed necessary by the committees. All unsafe or hazardous conditions shall be taken up and dealt with at such meetings.
