COOPERATION WITH TRAFFIC MITIGATION MEASURES. Tenant agrees to use its reasonable, good faith efforts to cooperate in traffic mitigation programs which may be undertaken by Landlord independently, or in cooperation with local municipalities or governmental agencies or other property owners in the vicinity of the Building. Such programs may include, but will not be limited to, carpools, vanpools and other ridesharing programs, public and private transit, flexible work hours, preferential assigned parking programs and programs to coordinate tenants within the Development with existing or proposed traffic mitigation programs.

Parking Rules and Regulations. Tenant and Tenant's Authorized Users shall comply with all rules and regulations regarding parking set forth in Exhibit "H" attached hereto and Tenant agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to comply with such rules and regulations. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to modify and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for the parking facilities as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the parking facilities.

Following completion of an economic study for which Registry Operator has provided data, ICANN will destroy all data provided by Registry Operator that has not been aggregated and made anonymous.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES The Contractor shall be responsible for fully cooperating with any third party, including but not limited to other Contractors or Subcontractors of the Authorized User, as necessary to ensure delivery or performance of Product.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.
