Assigned Parking. <<GX>> (if checked) This agreement does provide for one <<PARKING TYPE>> marked as << # / letter >>. Only one passenger vehicle or motorcycle may be parked in each space. Resident may not use any parking space for recreational vehicles, boats, busses, trailers or similar non-passenger vehicles. The parking space may not be used for storage without prior written permission. Resident may not use any parking space to wash or repair vehicles, to change oil in vehicles or for any purpose other than parking. Resident agrees to move the vehicle and cooperate fully with the Landlord so that any repairs or alterations to parking or other areas can be made in as expeditious and efficient a manner as possible. Only currently registered and operational vehicles may be parked on the property. A vehicle that lacks an engine, transmission, wheels, tires, doors, windshield, or any other major part or equipment necessary to operate safely on the highways, is subject to tow under California Vehicle Code 22658. Vehicles parked in violation of local laws are subject to tow.
Assigned Parking. See Paragraph 6.
Assigned Parking. The terms of this Paragraph shall only apply if “Assigned Parking” is checked in Paragraph 3(C). You agree that You and Your Authorized Occupants shall be limited to the same number of Vehicles(s) described in Paragraph 3(D), and for each such Vehicle, We shall assign You an identifiable (numbered or lettered or named) parking space (hereinafter the “Space”). You shall provide Us with the make, model, year and license plate for each Vehicle to be stored in the Space. You shall park each of Your Vehicle(s) in its assigned Space. If there is another Vehicle parked in Your Space, You shall notify Us during business hours so that the Vehicle can be identified and removed.
Assigned Parking. If available, you may choose to pay for assigned reserved parking for the term of the Lease as additional rent. Assigned parking spaces may be re-assigned at our sole discretion. You are electing to lease assigned car parking space(s) located at for an additional per month for the duration of the lease term.
Assigned Parking. The Employer will provide sufficient spaces to accommodate bargaining unit members. The Lake Worth Campus will no longer provide reserved individual faculty parking spaces but will provide not less than the same number of spaces for faculty in lots at the same locations as previously designated for individual reserved faculty parking spaces. As additional spaces for newly hired faculty are needed at Lake Worth Campus they will be provided with these locations. Parking areas in each parking lot at the Palm Beach Gardens Campus will be reserved for bargaining unit members and staff and will be adequate in size to accommodate faculty and staff. Palm Beach Gardens Campus faculty will be consulted as to the size and location of reserved areas. The College shall provide a reserved parking area beginning at 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, when college is in session. Such reserved areas shall be near classrooms and provide parking spaces to accommodate the vehicles of the evening faculty on each campus.
Assigned Parking. Tenants shall be assigned one parking stall per home for townhouses. If you do not have a vehicle, you may choose not to rent a parking stall. Cost. There will be an added cost for having a parking stall in the complex. This cost will vary depending on the complex and if the parking is above ground or underground. This cost will be included on your parking agreement. PARKING AGREEMENT The parking agreement ensures that the stall you park in is assigned to you and cannot be used by anyone else. If you do not have a parking agreement, your vehicle could be towed. You will have to pay for the cost of the tow. Keep a copy of your parking agreement in a safe place so you can reference it.
Assigned Parking. An exclusive, irrevocable right to the use at all times of the tract of land (the "Assigned Parking Area") within the Parking Tract described on Exhibit "D", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, and being depicted on the Site Plan;
