Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus any reasonable attorneys’ and paralegal fees and costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord’s in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise). Acceptance of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord’s attorneys’ and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), plus any reasonable attorneys' and paralegal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord's in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise) not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of area contained within the Premises or portion thereof to be assigned or sublet. Acceptance of the Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

Acceptance of the Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

Acceptance of the cost and/or expense reimbursement will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer (other than a Permitted Transfer) or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord any reasonable attorneys' and paralegal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord's in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise), not to exceed $300.00. Reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), plus any reasonable attorneys' and paralegal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent or the reasonable value thereof (whether attributable to Landlord's in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise). Acceptance of the One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) administrative fee and/or reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees will in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer or ---------------------------------- requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus any consultants', engineers' and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent. Landlord shall provide an estimate of the consultants', engineers' and reasonable attorneys' fees at the time of Tenant's request for consent. Acceptance of the $500.00 administrative fee and reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), plus any reasonable attorneys' and paralegal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent (whether attributable to Landlord's in-house attorneys or paralegals or otherwise) not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of area contained within the Premises or portion thereof to be assigned or sublet.

If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer (whether or not such Transfer is consummated), then, upon demand, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord any reasonable attorneys' and paralegal fees actually incurred by Landlord in connection with such Transfer or request for consent not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
