Rate and Cost Information. The Direct Labor Rate shall be based on the most current audit of the Consultant’s payroll and financial records. The Consultant’s Form Name: Master City of San Xxxx Consultant Agreement – RWF Capital Projects; Exhibit B: Basis of Compensation overhead costs shall be based on the Consultant’s latest audited Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhead Statement. If a current audit is not available for the Direct Labor Rate or FAR Overhead Statement, the Direct Labor Rate and/or overhead costs shall be based on information acceptable to the City. The City retains the right to conduct an audit of the Consultant’s payroll at any time during the term of this Master Agreement. Unless otherwise required under applicable law, including, but not limited to, the California Public Records Act, the City shall not disclose Consultant’s payroll information to third parties without Consultant’s prior written consent.

  • CONTRACT INFORMATION 1. The State of Arkansas may not contract with another party:

  • Market Information Exchange and Xxxxxxxxxx brochures and research are often provided as trading tools. In addition, a CTS Platform may also contain certain market information. Customer acknowledges that: (a) any information Xxxxxxxxxx’x research department may communicate to Customer does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any offer to buy any Contract; (b) such recommendations and information, although based upon information obtained from sources believed by Xxxxxxxxxx to be reliable, are incidental to Xxxxxxxxxx’x business as a futures commission merchant, may be incomplete and not subject to verification, and will not serve as the primary basis for any decision by Customer; (c) Xxxxxxxxxx makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information or trading recommendation furnished to Customer; (d) recommendations to Customer as to any particular transaction at any given time may differ among Xxxxxxxxxx’x personnel due to diversity in analysis of fundamental and technical factors and may vary from any standard recommendation made by Xxxxxxxxxx in its market letters or otherwise; and (e) Xxxxxxxxxx has no obligation or responsibility to update any market recommendations or information it communicates to Customer. Customer understands that Xxxxxxxxxx and its officers, directors, affiliates, stockholders, representatives, or associated persons may have positions in and may intend to buy or sell Contracts which are the subject of market recommendations furnished to Customer, and that the market positions of Xxxxxxxxxx or any such officer, director, affiliate, stockholder, representative, or associated person may or may not be consistent with the recommendations furnished to Customer by Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.

  • Other Relevant Information This information shall always be in writing and shall address other relevant information as required by the contract or requested by the RFP. For example, in accordance with Section H, H106, Avoidance of Organizational Conflicts of Interest, identifying any situation in which the potential for a conflict of interest exists. If travel is specified in the TO PWS or statement of work, air fare and/or local mileage, per diem rates by total days, number of trips and number of contractor employees traveling shall be included in the cost proposal (see clause H047).

Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement.   • Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.

  • Product Information Contractor shall provide the following information for all goods provided pursuant to this Agreement: manufacturer’s name, product code number, and pack size.
