CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CA). G.9.1 The CA is responsible for general administration of the contract and advising the CO as to the Contractor’s compliance or noncompliance with the contract. The CA has the responsibility of ensuring the work conforms to the requirements of the contract and such other responsibilities and authorities as may be specified in the contract. These include:
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CA). The CA agrees to make SPRAC payments on behalf of Families for the SPRAC Units, to enable the Families to lease decent, safe, and sanitary housing pursuant to section 811 of the American Homeownership Economic Opportunity Act of 2000, as amended by the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Supportive Housing Investment Act of 2010.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CA) the Director of the Broward County Aviation Department, or his or her designee, pursuant to written delegation by the Director of the Broward County Aviation Department, or some other employee expressly designated as CA in writing by the Director of the Broward County Aviation Department. In the administration of this Agreement, as contrasted with matters of policy, all parties may rely upon instructions or determinations made by the CA, provided, however, that such instructions and determinations do not change the Scope of Services, except as set forth herein.
