Specified Contract definition

Specified Contract means any of the following Contracts (together with all exhibits and schedules thereto) to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party:
Specified Contract means, with respect to any Person, the principal written contract that makes such Person a Covered Employer hereunder.
Specified Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(g).

Specified Contract means any contract, agreement or understanding currently in effect that has been filed (or should have been filed) as an exhibit to any SEC Document or is otherwise described or incorporated by reference in such SEC Document. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is subject to any charter, corporate or other legal restriction, or any judgment, decree, order, rule or regulation that has, or is expected in the future to have, a Material Adverse Effect. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding that in the judgment of the Company’s officers has or is expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
