Settlement Administrator definition

Settlement Administrator means any Person that the Court approves to perform the tasks necessary to provide notice of the Settlement to the Class and to otherwise administer the Settlement Fund, as described further herein.
Settlement Administrator means and refers to the class action administration firm identified by the Parties and approved by the Court to administer and oversee the notice program and the claims administration, as described in this Agreement.
Settlement Administrator means the firm retained to disseminate the Settlement Class Notice and to administer the payment of Settlement Funds to the Settlement Class, subject to approval of the Court.

  • The Parties agree that an appropriate class action settlement administrator (“Settlement Administrator”) that is mutually acceptable to the Parties and approved by the Court will be appointed and that the Settlement Administrator will assist the Parties in the design and implementation of an appropriate notice program (“Notice Program”) pursuant to which Settlement Class Members shall receive notice of the proposed settlement (“Class Notice”).

  • All Claim Forms must be received by the Settlement Administrator on or before May 15, 2007, or such other date as set by the Court (the “Claims Expiration Date”).
