Consultants’ Reports. The Independent Engineer Report, the Environmental Report and the Insurance Report, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and permitting reliance thereon by Administrative Agent and the Lenders, shall have been delivered to Administrative Agent.

Consultants’ Reports. Each Financing Party shall have received an electronic copy of a report of each Independent Consultant as to the matters set forth opposite such report on Appendix I.
