Examples of Lease Indenture Trustee in a sentence
The Facility Lessee will promptly notify the Owner Lessor and, so long as the Lien of the Lease Indenture shall not have been terminated or discharged, the Lease Indenture Trustee of any damage to, or other event with respect to, any portion of the Facility which the Facility Lessee reasonably anticipates will cause an Event of Loss.
In addition, each Party hereto shall (at the cost and expense of the requesting Party) promptly and duly execute and deliver to each other Party such documents and take such further action as each other Party may reasonably request to carry out more effectively the intent and purpose of this Agreement and to maintain the prior security interest of the Lease Indenture Trustee in this Agreement and the rights in the Shared Facilities granted and conveyed hereunder.
Except as provided in Section 20.2, the Facility Lessee shall not have the right to assign or sublease the Facility Lessee's Interest and shall not be released from its obligations under this Facility Lease and the Transaction Documents without the consent of the Owner Lessor, and, so long as the Lien of the Lease Indenture shall not have been terminated or discharged, the Lease Indenture Trustee.
Any insurance payments received from policies maintained by the Owner Lessor, the Equity Investor or the Lease Indenture Trustee pursuant to the previous sentence shall be retained by the Owner Lessor, the Equity Investor or the Lease Indenture Trustee, as the case may be.
Unless and until the Facility Lessee shall have received written notice from the Lease Indenture Trustee that the Lien of the Lease Indenture has been fully terminated, the Lease Indenture Trustee shall have the right to exercise the rights of the Owner Lessor under this Facility Lease to the extent set forth in and subject in each case to the exceptions set forth in the Lease Indenture.
