CONFORMITY TO STATUTES. Any provisions required by law to be included in policies issued by the Insurer shall be deemed to have been included in this Policy. If the provisions of this Policy conflict with the laws of any jurisdictions in which this Policy applies, and if certain provisions are required by law to be stated in this Policy, this Policy shall be read so as to eliminate such conflict or deemed to include such provisions for Insured Locations within such jurisdictions.

  • Conformity to Law This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the Constitution and Laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this Agreement, or any application of the Agreement to any employee or groups of employees shall be found contrary to law by a court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction, such provision or application shall have effect only to the extent permitted by law. All other provisions or applications of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, the parties shall commence negotiations on said provision as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible.

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. CONTRACTOR acknowledges and understands that XXX may report to the CDE any violations of the provisions of this Master Contract; and that this may result in the suspension and/or revocation of CDE nonpublic school/agency certification pursuant to California Education Code section 56366.4(a).

  • APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.

  • Authority to Sign If this document is not signed by all of the persons comprising the Supplier, any person who has signed this document warrants to DFMC that it is duly authorised to sign and bind all the persons comprising the Supplier.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTES AND REGULATIONS a) Contractor warrants and certifies that in the performance of this Contract, it will comply with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations and orders of the United States and the State of California and agrees to indemnify the State against any loss, cost, damage or liability by reason of Contractor’s violation of this provision.
