PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. Each and every provision of law and clause required to be inserted into this Contract shall be deemed to be inserted herein, and this Contract shall be read and enforced as though it were included herein. If through mistake or otherwise, any provision is not inserted or is not inserted correctly, upon application of either Party, this Contract shall forthwith be physically amended to make such insertion or correction.

This Agreement is subject to any additional local, state and federal restrictions, limitations or conditions that may affect the terms, conditions or funding of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be read and enforced as though all legally required provisions are included herein, and if for any reason any such provision is not included, or incorrectly stated, the parties agree to amend the pertinent section to make such insertion or correction.
PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. If the Company subsequently determines that it is required by law to apply a “clawback” or alternate recoupment provision to outstanding Awards, under the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act or otherwise, then such clawback or recoupment provision also shall apply to this Award, as applicable, as if it had been included on the Grant Date and the Company shall notify you of such additional provision.
PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. Any provision required by law to be in this Agreement is a part of this Agreement as if fully stated in it.
