Statutes. Any reference to a statute refers to such statute and all rules and regulations made under it, as it or they may have been or may from time to time be amended or re-enacted, unless stated otherwise.
Statutes. No statute, rule, order, decree or regulation shall have been enacted or promulgated by any government or governmental agency or authority which prohibits the consummation of the Merger.

Statutes. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Whenever under this Contract reference is made to a provision in the Wisconsin Statutes or United States Code or implementing code, rule, or regulation, and such provision is subsequently amended by the Wisconsin Legislature, United States Congress or state or federal administrative agency, such reference in this Contract shall be deemed to be amended to conform to the new law, code, rule, or regulation.
Statutes. Any reference in this Assignment to a statute or statutory provision shall, unless the contrary is indicated, be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as the same shall have been or may be amended or re-enacted.
