CONDITIONS OF WORKING. 4.1. The work lies in RESTRICTED AREA. The contractor shall apply in writing well in advance of the commencement of the work, for the issue of security passes and shall satisfy the Engineer-in-Charge as to bonafides of such people.

CONDITIONS OF WORKING. 27.1 Police will have the right to review the contents of their personnel file within a reasonable time of request. A police officer will be entitled to have a representative of the Union accompanying him/her during such review. No material derogatory to an officer’s conduct, service, character or personality will be placed in his/her personnel file unless the officer has had an opportunity to review the material. The officer shall acknowledge that he/she has had the opportunity to review such material by affixing his/her initials to the copy to be filed, with the express understanding that such initials in no way indicate agreement with the contents thereof. The officer will also have the right to submit a written answer to such derogatory material, and his/her answer shall be reviewed by the Chief and attached to the file copy.
CONDITIONS OF WORKING. 4.1 The work lies in UNRESTRICTED AREA. However, the contractor, his agents, employees, work people and vehicles may pass through the unit lines in which case the Engineer-in-Charge shall, at his discretion have the right to issue passes, control their admission to the site of work or any part thereof. The contractor shall on demand by the Engineer-in-Charge submit a list of personnel, etc. concerned and shall satisfy the Engineer-in-Charge as to the bonafides of such people. Passes shall be returned at any time on demand by the Engineer-in-Charge and in any case on completion of work.

  • PLACE AND CONDITION OF WORK The City shall provide the Contractor access to the sites where the Contractor is to perform the services as required in order for the Contractor to perform the services in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with and subject to the applicable security laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the City’s service requirements and specifications, the location and essential characteristics of the work sites, the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, labor and facilities necessary to perform the services, and any other condition or state of fact which could in any way affect performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the contract. The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
