Commencement of the Work. Commencement of the Work shall begin on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
Commencement of the Work. Neither the Contractor nor any of its Subcontractors, Sub-Subcontractors or Suppliers who install Products shall begin the Work at the Place of the Work until necessary proofs of insurance have been furnished and approved by the Owner and the Owner’s insurance consultant.
Commencement of the Work. General Contractor shall commence work on the Project within thirty (30) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is given.
Commencement of the Work. Construction Manager shall not commence the Work, or any portion of the Work, prior to the commencement date established for such Work by GMP Amendment. Nor shall Construction Manager incur any cost to be reimbursed as part of the Cost of the Work prior to executing a GMP Amendment applicable to such cost. However, in the event the schedules require that materials, equipment or other items or services be ordered, delivered or provided in advance of the applicable GMP Amendment, Construction Manager may order or procure such items and services provided that Owner preapproves each transaction in writing and that each contract is assignable to Owner upon request.

The Work, except for the (A) environmental investigation services set forth in Section 2.1 above, (B) review of Construction Documents and design remedies services set forth in Section 2.2 above, and (C) Pre-Construction Phase General Services set forth in Section 2.3 above, shall commence on the Notice to Proceed date of the applicable GMP Amendment, and shall proceed in general accordance with the Schedule for the Work set forth therein. Each GMP Amendment shall establish a separate Notice to Proceed date, Substantial Completion date and portion of the Contract Time applicable to that GMP. The Substantial Completion dates may be sequential or may run consecutively.
Commencement of the Work. The Work Field Construction shall commence on or about July 17, 2006 and shall proceed in general accordance with the Schedule of Work as such schedule may be amended from time to time, subject, however, to the provisions of Paragraph 3.3 and Subparagraph 4.1.3.
Commencement of the Work. Design Build Entity is not authorized to commence any Phase of Work until the Judicial Council delivers a Notice to Proceed to the Design Build Entity. The date of commencement of each Phase of Work shall be set forth in the Notice to Proceed for that Phase. The date of commencement of the Work, or any Phase, shall not be postponed by the failure of Design Build Entity, Design Professionals, Subcontractors, or of persons or firms for whom Design Build Entity is responsible, to act.

Each Job Order shall establish a separate Notice to Proceed date, Substantial Completion date and portion of the Contract Time applicable to that Job Order. Commencement of the Work. Supplier shall not commence performance of the Work, except with respect to those portions of the Work necessary to achieve the Conditions to Notice to Proceed, unless and until System Owner has provided Supplier with a written Notice to Proceed as provided in Section 3.4.
