Compliance with Ordinances. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Annexation Agreement to the contrary, the development, subdivision and zoning of the Property shall meet and comply with all applicable ordinances, resolutions, regulations, and standards of the City now existing or hereinafter enacted or amended.

Compliance with Ordinances. To obey and comply with and to indemnify the Landlord against the breach of all Ordinances, regulations, bye-laws, rules and requirements of any Governmental or other competent authority relating to the use and occupation of the Premises, or to any other act, deed, matter or thing done, permitted, suffered or omitted therein or thereon by the Tenant or any employee, agent or licensee of the Tenant and without prejudice to the foregoing to obtain any licence approval or permit required by any Government or other competent authority in connection with the Tenant’s use or occupation of the Premises prior to the commencement of the Tenant’s business and to maintain the same in force during the currency of this Agreement and to indemnify the Landlord against the consequences of a breach of this provision.
Compliance with Ordinances. To obey and comply with all ordinances regulations bye-laws rules and requirements of any Governmental or other competent authority relating to the conduct and carrying on of the Tenant's business on the said premises or to any other act deed matter or thing done permitted suffered or omitted therein or thereon by the Tenant or any employee agent contractor or licensee of the Tenant and to notify the Landlord forthwith in writing of any notice received from any statutory or public authority concerning or in respect of the said premises or any services supplied thereto.
Compliance with Ordinances. The Tenant shall comply with all applicable statutes, codes, ordinances, licences and other regulations for and shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approval from all relevant Government departments and utility companies required for all work, performed by or on behalf of the Tenant on the Premises. The approval by the Landlord's agents or consultants of the Tenant's Works or the Tenant's Plans or the inspection of the Tenant's Works shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute any representation or certification by the Landlord that the Tenant's Works are in compliance with the said statutes, codes, ordinances, licences and other regulations. When several sets of requirements must be met, the standard set by the Landlord's consultants shall apply.

Compliance with Ordinances. Owner shall secure all necessary permits at Owner's expense and shall comply with all Ordinances, subdivision setback requirements, and other rules and regulations pertinent to the construction herein contemplated.
Compliance with Ordinances. Xxxxx agrees to construct the new off- premises sign on the railroad parcel consistent with all applicable ordinances of the City of Kalamazoo (except for any variances from such ordinance noted herein) and obtain all necessary inspections and approvals during and upon completion of the construction of the sign.
