Compliance with Standards. Although the standards for workmanship, material, and equipment have been selected in these specifications as a basis of reference, standards and specifications of the other bank member countries and recommendations of standards international organizations will be acceptable provided they are substantially equivalent to the designated standards and provided furthermore that the contractor submits for approval detailed specifications which he proposes to use. Reference to brand names or catalog numbers if any in these specifications have been made only for that equipment for which it has been determined that a degree of standardization is necessary to maintain certain essential features. And in certain cases such references have also been made for purposes of convenience to specify the requirements, in either case offers of alternative goods, which have similar characteristics and provide performance and quality at lease equal to those specified are acceptable. If the contractor offers materials, equipment, design calculations or tests, which conform to standards other than those specified, full details of the differences between the proposed standards and that specified in so far as they affect the design or purpose of the equipment, are to be supplied by the contractor if called upon to do so by the engineer, where required by the engineer for approval purposes, the contractor shall supply, without charge, duplicate copies of the proposed standards with English translations of the relevant portions. The contractor shall have available in his place of business (or in his supplier’s works) the relevant copies of standards or codes used for the use of the Engineer.
Compliance with Standards. Competitive Supplier agrees that it will comply with the applicable provisions of X.X.X. x. 00X, § 00X, § 00 F1/2, and any regulations, orders or policies adopted pursuant thereto.

The Bidder shall provide evidence that the equipment offered has type approval in the original country of design and manufacture, that the equipment fully complies with the standards and specifications quoted in Sections of this specification and is appropriate for International use and for use in India.

(a) The Company must comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and obtain timely certification of its systems and processes (which must be maintained during the Term) as required under the Network Rules and Industry Regulations. The Company must also comply with all additional standards that the Networks and Industry Regulations may require. The Company will allow the Networks or First Data to audit its data security compliance, including PCI DSS, and information technology systems related to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Company is responsible for its service providers’ compliance with the same requirements.
Compliance with Standards. All experts and other consultants, hired by CONSULTANT shall be required to meet the same standards and requirements set forth in this Agreement. CONSULTANT's agreements with its experts and other consultants shall contain a provision making them subject to all provisions in this Agreement for the DISTRICT’S benefit.

The Licensee shall ensure compliance with the specifications and service and quality standards of Canopy and/or the Licensors, as may be updated from time to time (collectively the “Standards”) applicable to the Trademarks, Systems, and Intellectual Property. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Standards shall be at least equivalent to those adopted or used by Canopy with respect to the Systems and Trademarks at the Effective Date. Canopy shall advise the Licensee in writing of any material changes to the Standards.
