Community Suite. At each event hosted at the ballpark, StadCo shall reserve a suite for community use by a charitable, community or economic development organization at no cost. The suite may be used to host community members or for raising funds. StadCo and the Authority shall develop a policy for identifying eligible charitable and community organizations.

Community Suite. If requested in writing by the Authority within three (3) months following the date that the Authority shall have initially contributed the full Authority Contribution Amount toward funding the construction of the Stadium, StadCo shall, subject to the following provisions, provide the Authority during the Term, without charge, (a) one (1) suite designated by StadCo in its sole discretion for the Authority’s use during Team Games [(excluding the World Series or any successor championship series of games in which the Team is a participant)]3 and Other Events (the “Community Suite”), (b) a number of tickets to all Team Games [(excluding the World Series or any successor championship series of games in which the Team is a participant)] and Other Events corresponding to the number of fixed seats in the Community Suite plus the number of “standing room only” tickets customarily allocated by StadCo to other holders of comparably-sized suites, if any, and (c) a number of complimentary parking passes to all Team Games [(excluding the World Series or any successor championship series of games in which the Team is a participant)] and Other Events customarily allocated by StadCo to other holders of comparably-sized suites, if any, for parking in locations determined by StadCo. StadCo shall have the right to relocate the Community Suite from time to time during the Term upon reasonable Notice to the Authority. The Authority shall be responsible to pay with respect to the Community Suite all costs related to food and beverage service and shall be 3 Under review by MLB. responsible for the conduct of the Persons it invites to the Authority for any events, and the Authority shall (and shall cause any person accessing the Community Suite to) comply with StadCo’s rules and regulations applicable to suites in the Stadium. With respect to StadCo Expense Events, the Authority shall have the option to purchase the right to use the Community Suite at a price equal to the StadCo Expense Event Ticket Price for all of the tickets corresponding to the number of fixed seats in the Community Suite for the applicable StadCo Expense Event plus the number of “standing room only” tickets customarily allocated by the StadCo to holders of comparably-sized suites, if any. In the event the Community Suite is not available solely because StadCo elects not to open suites in the area of or adjacent to the Community Suite generally (as described in clause (iii) of the definition of “Other Events”...

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts.
