CHANGES TO AWARD. Subrecipient agrees to accept changes to the Subaward that: (i) are within the scope of the Subaward and are made by the Grantor to the Award as a matter of right ,or as a condition of Grantor’s non-exercise of remedies or sanctions against Recipient or Subrecipient, pursuant to the terms of the Grant; (ii) consist of an extension of the Grant term at substantially equivalent levels of Subrecipient compensation for Subrecipient duties performed; and/or (iii) consist of adjustments to deliverables under the Award requiring substantially equivalent effort and expense from Subrecipient at substantially equivalent levels of Subrecipient compensation.

CHANGES TO AWARD. All change requests must be submitted either in writing or electronically to the designated DHSEM Sub-grant Analyst for review and possible approval. All change requests must be accompanied by a justification narrative and a budget and spending plan. All change requests must be consistent with the scope of the project and grant guidelines. Change requests will be considered only if reporting requirements are current, and all other terms and conditions of this agreement have otherwise been met at the time the request. If approved by DHSEM, changes in the programmatic activities, purpose of the project, key personnel specified on the grant award, contractual services for activities central to the purposes of the award, requests for additional funding, change in project site, or release of special conditions, will result in an amendment to this award. Any changes must be submitted to NMDHSEM’s Technological Hazards Unit Coordinator no later than April 1, 2020. Changes to award will be based on exigent or emergency circumstances and made on a case-by-case basis, with the final determination resting with DHSEM.

  • Changes to Agreement We reserve the right to change any of the terms of this Agreement or any Specifications or Guidelines governing the Service at any time in our sole discretion.   • CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce or to meet specific requests from our Customers. We will give you at least ten (10) days notice of any change by sending you an SMS or email with details of the change or notifying you of a change when you next start the App. If you do not accept the notified changes you will not be permitted to continue to use the App and the Service.

  • Changes to Service We may, from time to time, modify the Service to reflect improvements and other changes and modifications to our network. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue or limit Service as required to comply with or satisfy our obligations under applicable laws or regulations, including when changes to or interpretations of such laws and regulations have a material, adverse effect on the business, technical or economic feasibility of providing Service, as determined by us in our reasonable judgment.

  • Changes to Fees Modernizing Medicine may change the fees and discounts set forth in this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice (the “Notice Period”) of such change to Medical Practice. Any such change shall take effect at the beginning of the next Renewal Term after the expiration of the Notice Period.

  • Changes to Prices Subject to the requirements of this section, Vendor may change the price of any product or service at any time, based upon changes to the MSRP, but discount levels shall remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. Vendor may revise its pricing (but not its discount rate, if any, and not the products or services on its contract pricing list) by posting a revised pricing list. Such revised pricing lists are subject to review by DIR. If DIR finds that a product’s or service’s price has been increased unreasonably, DIR may request Vendor to reduce its pricing for the product or service to the level published before the revision. Vendor must reduce its pricing, or remove the product from its pricing list. Failure to do so will constitute an act of default by Vendor.

  • QUANTITY CHANGES PRIOR TO AWARD The Commissioner reserves the right, at any time prior to the award of a specific quantity Contract, to alter in good faith the quantities listed in the Bid Specifications. In the event such right is exercised, the lowest responsible Bidder meeting Bid Specifications will be advised of the revised quantities and afforded an opportunity to extend or reduce its Bid price in relation to the changed quantities. Refusal by the low Bidder to so extend or reduce its Bid price may result in the rejection of its Bid and the award of such Contract to the lowest responsible Bidder who accepts the revised qualifications.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award ‌ If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:
