Grant Guidelines Sample Clauses

The Grant Guidelines clause defines the rules and procedures governing the use, management, and reporting of grant funds provided under an agreement. It typically outlines eligible and ineligible expenses, documentation requirements, and compliance standards that recipients must follow throughout the grant period. By establishing clear expectations and boundaries, this clause ensures that grant funds are used appropriately and transparently, thereby reducing the risk of misuse and facilitating accountability.
