Changes to these Terms. We may amend any of this agreement's terms, at our sole discretion, without notice, at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Mobile Wallet after any such changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of the Terms as amended.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions The Administrator and Custodian or the Plan Manager may make fair and reasonable changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you at least 30 calendar days’ prior written notice (or for changes to the fees at least 90 calendar days’ notice) provided that such variations or changes are permitted by the Financial Conduct Authority.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.
