Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.
900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.
Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.
Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
