Change or Termination. EARN reserves the right to change or terminate the Terms, Program Rules, conditions, policies, and rules for any reason at any time and with immediate effect. EARN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the Program, with or without prior notice. Otherwise applicable sections of the Terms and the Program Rules shall survive termination. EARN also reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms or the Program Rules. Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Program, including any of the EARN Content.
