Change Request definition

Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
Change Request means any changes in the Cloud Service as described in a written document signed by the parties and referencing the applicable Order Form.
Change Request has the meaning given in Section 2.6.

Examples of Change Request in a sentence

  • All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator.

  • A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Any inability to pay any sums due under this Agreement or any Change Request Proposal shall not constitute an event beyond the reasonable control of a party.

  • The terms of this Agreement and each Change Request Proposal are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Where a Proposal or Change Request Proposal includes the supply of Services the following shall apply.


More Definitions of Change Request

Change Request means a change request made in accordance with section 4 of this GTC and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
Change Request means the document utilized to request changes or revisions in the Scope of WorkExhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

A Change Request may be required if DN reasonably deems it necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, or if Customer has made a request that increases the scope of DN’s agreed-upon services.
