Use of the Program. Your Institution has entered into the Apple Device Enrollment Program Agreement (“MDM Agreement”) with Apple, which permits Your Institution to automate Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment of Apple-branded products for use within Your Institution. Your Institution would like You to act as an administrator for purposes of account management of such Program, e.g., administering servers, uploading MDM provisioning settings and adding devices to Your Institution’s account (“Administrator”).
Use of the Program. (s). Anthology shall make the Program(s) available to Institution on the terms set forth in this Agreement and the License Schedules attached hereto. This Agreement grants Institution certain rights to access to the Program(s) as described herein. By accessing the software or otherwise using the Program(s), Institution agrees to be bound by the terms of this license. The Program(s) are designed for collective reporting of Institution Data. This data is reported online to a database hosted and maintained by Anthology that provides secure access for Institution via Institution username(s) and password(s), and in some cases, is designed to be combined with other institutional datasets.
Use of the Program. 5.1 The Program shall be used only for the Council's own data processing and that of the Council’s subsidiaries, which includes but is not limited to Schools, Academy Schools, PVI’s and children’s centres and shall not be used to provide a data processing service to any other third party whether by trade or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall prevent or prohibit the use of the Program for any purpose(s), by any person(s) and/or in any way(s) specified in Schedule 1.

Use of the Program. To the extent that the Program ever utilizes the services of a Licensor, Oakland Schools shall obtain a nontransferable license to use the Program, related technology, methodology and educational materials of Licensor to operate the Program, and School District shall observe the standards of operation of Licensor to preserve the services, reputation or intellectual property of Licensor.
