Bulletin Boards, E-mail Accounts and Mailboxes. Authorized agents of CTU can provide official Union notices from CTU or the School Council and information to Bargaining Unit Members via their employee email or mailboxes and Urban Prep agrees to designate one bulletin board in the employee lounge to serve as the only location for CTU' communication of official Union notices from CTU or the School Council to Bargaining Unit Members, provided that any material posted or communicated via email or mailbox shall be subject to Urban Prep's general policies (including but not limited to those related to non-discrimination, non-harassment, non-disparagement, and internet/intranet usage. Urban Prep maintains the right to monitor all communications on its email systems at any time; communication on or over any Urban Prep system may be subject to the Freedom of Information Act and neither the Bargaining Unit Members nor CTU has any legitimate expectation of privacy in any communication on or over any Urban Prep system. Urban Prep reserves the right to disable or suspend Bargaining Unit Members' use of its email system during the pendency of any labor dispute with CTU.

Bulletin Boards, E-mail Accounts and Mailboxes. Authorized agents of the Union can provide official Union notices and information to bargaining unit employees via their employee email or mailboxes and AHS agrees to designate a bulletin board in the employee lounge for the Union’s communication of official Union notices and information to bargaining unit employees, provided that any material posted shall be subject to AHS’s general policies including, but not limited to those related to non-discrimination, non-harassment, non-disparagement and decorum. The Parties recognize that AHS has a right monitor all communication on its computer systems at any time and that neither bargaining unit employees nor the Union has any legitimate expectation of privacy in any communication made pursuant to AHS computer systems, including email. Use of AHS computer systems, including email, remains subject to AHS policies and procedures, including non-discrimination, non-harassment, acceptable use of technology and code of conduct.

  • INTERNAL MAIL 1. The Association shall have reasonable access to inter-school mail.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • E-Mail Access Patient shall be given the Physician’s e-mail address to which non-urgent communications can be addressed. Such communications shall be dealt with by the Physician or staff member of the Practice in a timely manner. Patient understands and agrees that email and the internet should never be used to access medical care in the event of an emergency, or any situation that Patient could reasonably expect may develop into an emergency. Patient agrees that in such situations, when a Patient cannot speak to Physician immediately in person or by telephone, that Patient shall call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.

  • E-mail The Employee acknowledges that the Employer retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications made with employer provided email accounts, hardware, software, or networks, with or without notice, at any time.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Internet Warnings If the Settling Entity offers for sale any of the Products to California consumers through websites such as xxxxxx.xxx that are not reformulated as set forth in subsection 2.2 above, it shall ensure that the required warning (with the language set forth in subsection 2.3 above) is prominently displayed to the purchaser prior to completion of the transaction without requiring the potential buyer to use considerable effort to be made aware of the health hazard advisory. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b). The URL "xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx" in the Warning may be substituted with an equivalent reference to the official "Proposition 65 Warnings Website."

  • Bulletin Board Space The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.
