This use is contingent 2 upon the District’s receipt of an indemnification agreement from the Association, 3 holding the District harmless from all fines and attorney’s fees resulting from any 4 litigation on this issue. The Association’s delivery location shall be the Board’s central 5 mailroom. A copy of each notice of Association meeting shall be subject to approval 6 by the Superintendent prior to each distribution.
