Such system shall be integrated with the CAD 8 System. Existing computer interfaces for such integration may be utilized if all equipment is 9 compatible.

Automatic Vehicle Locator. (AVL) Recognizing the purpose of AVL technology is not to intrude upon employee privacy, the City and Union mutually agree not to use AVL data to initiate disciplinary investigations or actions or as an independent basis for disciplinary action. AVL equipment may be used for computer-aided dispatch, mapping, proximity based routing, incident/accident investigation, training, service planning, and system performance monitoring. AVL data may also be used in connection with the resolution of citizen complaints, criminal investigations, or in instances when the City has an independent basis to review the data.

Automatic Vehicle Locator. Recognizing that SNOPAC communications dispatch center plans to implement Auto Vehicle Locator (AVL) technology throughout its communication system, the City and the IAFF Local 46 mutually agree to not use AVL data without cause for disciplinary investigations or actions. AVL equipment may be used for computer-aided dispatch, mapping, proximity-based routing, incident/accident investigation, training, service planning, system performance monitoring, complaint resolution, criminal investigations, and as part of follow-up to corrective action. AVL equipment will not be randomly used to monitor employee performance without cause.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD LICENSING All that deal in motor vehicles shall maintain current licenses that are required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code. If at any time during this Agreement term, any required Contractor license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, Contractor shall be in default of this Agreement, unless the Texas Motor Vehicle Board issues a stay or waiver. Contractor shall promptly provide copies of all current applicable Texas Motor Vehicle Board documentation to H-GAC upon request.
