Authority of Director. The Director of the Department of General Services shall administer this Agreement on behalf of COUNTY. Unless otherwise provided herein or required by applicable law, the Director, or any duly authorized officer or employee of the COUNTY acting on behalf of the Director, shall be vested with all rights, powers, and duties of COUNTY hereunder. With respect to matters hereunder subject to the approval, satisfaction, or discretion of COUNTY or the Director, the decision of the Director in such matters shall be final.

Authority of Director. (a) The Director shall, in good faith, develop and interpret the application of the Standards of Practice and decide all questions related to the Concessionaire’s fulfillment of such Standards of Practice and the duties hereunder. The Director may, upon consultation and agreement with Concessionaire, revise such Standards of Practice from time to time with thirty (30) days written notice to the Concessionaire. In the event the Concessionaire disagrees with a decision of the Director, Concessionaire shall have the right to appeal the decision to the City Manager, provided such appeal is in writing and filed with the City Manager within five (5) days after the Director’s decision. The City Manager shall make a determination within five (5) days after receipt of the appeal. The decision of the City Manager shall be in writing and shall be sent to each party. The decision of the City Manager shall be final.
Authority of Director. A. The Director has the authority to act on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners for all purposes under this Agreement, and as such, all rights and obligations of AVIATION under this Agreement may be exercised by the Director, unless specifically provided otherwise or required by law.
