ATM and Debit Cards. Seller will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide Purchaser with a list of ATM and debit cards issued by Seller to depositors of any Deposits, and a record thereof in a format reasonably agreed to by the parties containing all addresses therefor and secondary account information, no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this Agreement, and Seller will provide Purchaser with an updated record from time to time prior to the Closing along with other conversion sample files (to include no less than three (3) sample files not including the conversion file). At or promptly after the Closing, Seller will provide Purchaser with a revised record through the Closing. Seller will not be required to disclose to Purchaser customers’ PINs or algorithms or logic used to generate PINs. The ATM and debit cards issued by Seller to depositors of any Deposits will be deactivated by Seller on the Closing Date at a mutually agreeable time. Following the receipt of all Regulatory Approvals (except for the expiration of statutory waiting periods), Purchaser shall reissue ATM access/debit cards to depositors of any Deposits not earlier than forty-five (45) calendar days nor later than five (5) calendar days prior to the Closing Date, which cards shall be effective as of the day following the Closing Date. Purchaser and Seller agree to settle any and all ATM transactions and Debit card transactions effected on or before the Closing Date, but processed after the Closing Date, as soon as practicable. In addition, Purchaser assumes responsibility for and agrees to pay on presentation all Debit card transactions initiated before or after the Closing with Debit cards issued by Seller to access Transaction Accounts.

ATM and Debit Cards. Seller will provide Purchaser with a list of ATM ------------------- access cards and debit cards issued by Seller to depositors of any Assumed Deposits or holders of Retail Repos and to borrowers under any of the Loans or New Loans, and a data file in a format agreed to by the parties containing all addresses therefor, as soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement. Delivery of the first production file shall be as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement, with up to three updated files to be delivered by Seller at such time as Purchaser shall request, provided that the last of such files should be updated through the Closing Date and delivered not later than the first business day after Closing. In instances where a depositor of an Assumed Deposit made an assertion of error regarding an Account pursuant to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Federal Reserve Board Regulation+E, and Seller, prior to the Closing, recredited the disputed amount to such account during the conduct of the error investigation, Purchaser agrees to comply with a written request from Seller received within 30 days after the Closing Date, to debit such account in a stated amount and remit such amount to Seller, less the amount of Purchase Premium attributable thereto, to the extent of the balance of funds available in the relevant Account or Accounts. Seller agrees to indemnify Purchaser for any claims or losses that Purchaser may incur as a result of complying with such request from Seller. Seller will not be required to disclose to Purchaser customers' PINs or algorithms or logic used to generate PINs. Purchaser shall reissue ATM access cards and debit cards to depositors of any Assumed Deposits or Retail Repos at the date of systems conversion. Seller agrees to settle any and all ATM and debit card transactions effected for all periods through the Closing Date, but processed after the Closing Date, within 10 Business Days after the Closing Date. Purchaser and Seller agree to remit the total net balance of such transactions to Seller or Purchaser, as the case may be, on the same date the transactions are settled.
ATM and Debit Cards. After the receipt of regulatory approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement but at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the Closing Date, Seller shall notify depositors at the Banking Centers that their existing ATM access/debit cards may not be used to access deposit accounts at the Banking Centers as of the Closing Time.

ATM and Debit Cards. Buyer and Seller shall promptly agree to appropriate procedures and timing for deactivating Seller’s ATM and debit cards with the goals of fostering a smooth transition process and reducing the number of ATM and debit card transactions that must be settled post-closing. All transactions and activity related to Seller’s ATM and debit cards following the Closing Date that are received or forwarded to Seller will be accepted and forwarded by Seller to Buyer and accounted for on a daily settlement sheet to include all trailing post-closing transactions. Seller agrees to notify its processor to deactivate Seller’s debit cards at such time as agreed by Seller and Buyer and Seller agrees to forward all transactions related thereto directly to Buyer. Seller agrees to deactivate any ATMs in the Branches and otherwise located in Xxxxx County, Wisconsin, on or before the close of business on the Closing Date. Buyer and Seller agree to cooperate with each other to assure that all transactions originated through the ATMs or originated with the ATM cards prior to or on the Closing Date shall be for the account of Seller and all transactions originated after the Closing Date shall be for the account of Buyer.

  • Visa Debit Card You may use your card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft (checking) account. For one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Fee Schedule. As of 09/01/2017, the Credit Union no longer offers an overdraft ability for one-time debit card transactions. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount with a fee as disclosed in our Rate Schedule or treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts or an approved overdraft line of credit that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any fees charged to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Visa Debit Card to: − Make deposits to your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Withdraw funds from your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Transfer funds from your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Obtain balance information for your share (savings) and share draft (checking) accounts; − Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa; − Order goods or services by means of the internet, mail or telephone from places that accept Visa; and − Receive cash back at merchants (if the merchant policy permits). The following limitations on Visa Debit Card transactions apply: − Based on the type of account you have with the Credit Union, there may be limits on frequency and amounts of transactions available at ATM and POS locations; − Due to the nature of the “ATM” system, there may be delays between the time of any activity on your account(s) and the time it is reflected in our records of your account(s); − You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account (Lower limits of $100.00 apply to the Bridge Share Draft (checking) Account); − You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer; − You may purchase up to $2,000.00 per day at point-of-sale (POS) locations (Lower limits of $1,000.00 apply to the Bridge Share Draft (checking) Account); and − See the Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy and Disclosures for limitations that may apply to these transactions.

At the present time, you may also use your card to:  Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts.  Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts.  Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts.  Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts.  Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa.  Order goods or services online, by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. The following limitations on Debit Card transactions may apply:  There is no limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you make per day.  Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account.  You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day.  You may withdraw up to a maximum of $600.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, which also includes any point-of-sale (POS) transactions (PIN based), if there are sufficient funds in your account.  You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. Audio Response. If we approve Audio Response for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Audio Response to:  Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, money market, and certificate accounts.  Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts.  Determine if a particular item has cleared.  Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Audio Response via a touch-tone telephone only. Audio Response service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on Audio Response transactions may apply:  There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

  • Direct Debit (a) Borrower agrees that interest and principal payments and fees will be deducted automatically on the due date from Borrower's account number 1458126057, or such other of Borrower's accounts with Bank as designated in writing by Borrower.

The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Time Cards Employees may be required to complete their own time cards and submit them to their respective Supervisor. The supervisors shall be responsible for completing the time card for an absent employee. Employees are to be notified on the following working day of changes made to their time cards.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.
