Visa Debit Card. You may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your Account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Plus, VISA, CO-OP, and ACCEL networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in ...

Visa Debit Card. You may use your VISA Debit Card to purchase goods and services any place your Card is honored by participating merchants, including Point of Sale (POS) terminals within the Plus, Visa, and ACCEL and Allpoint Networks or such other POS terminals as the Credit Union may designate. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may treat the transaction as an overdraft request pursuant to the Overdraft Service or may terminate all services under the Agreement. At the present time, you may use your Debit card to make the following transactions on your accounts: • Withdraw cash from your savings or checking accounts. • Transfer funds between your savings or checking accounts. • Obtain account balance information on savings and checking accounts. . You may not exceed your dollar or transaction limits disclosed to you at card issuance.
Visa Debit Card. You may use your Visa Debit Card and/or PIN to: • Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. • Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds between your savings and checking accounts whenever you request. • Obtain balance information on your savings and checking accounts. • Take an advance from your line-of-credit account. • Pay for purchases at places that have agreed to accept the Card. • Make POS (Point of Sale) transactions to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that have the Visa logo. • Pay bills or make other transactions on Non-Visa Networks (STAR, ACCEL) without a PIN* • Order goods or services by mail, telephone, or via the Internet from places that accept the Card. • Make cash withdrawals in foreign countries and in foreign currencies. Some services may not be available at all terminals. The amount of purchases and/or cash obtained (if permitted) will be deducted from your checking account. Advances from your line-of-credit account are loans that must be repaid by you, and are governed by your line-of-credit agreement. *Non-Visa PIN-less transactions will not be processed as Visa transactions and therefore will not include Visa's zero liability or chargeback and dispute resolution benefits. Additionally, provisions of this agreement relating only to Visa transactions are not applicable to non-Visa and PIN-less debit transactions. Limitations. The following limitations will apply to your Card: • The maximum dollar amount of cash withdrawals per day is $405.00. Sufficient funds must be available to make any withdrawal. There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in one day. • The maximum purchase price for any one transaction at a POS Terminal is $3,500.00. There is no limit to the number of purchases you may make in one day. • For security reasons, there are other limitations to frequency and number of transfers you may make at ATMs. • Your available account balance may be reduced for preauthorizations for 3 business days or until the transaction clears. • Additional limitations are set forth in the TRANSFER LIMITATIONS provision contained herein.

Some merchants may permit you to initiate debit and xxxx payment transactions with your card using either the Visa network or another network shown on your card. We will honor your debit transactions processed by any of these networks. Depending on our authorization protocols and network availability, transactions processed over other networks may or may not re- quire you to use your PIN to validate a transaction. Generally, you enter your card number or swipe your card and provide or enter a PIN. You may instead be asked to sign a receipt or payment au- thorization. Provisions applicable only to Visa transactions (such as Visa’s zero liability protections) will not apply to non-Visa debit transactions and the liability rules for other EFTs in the section ti- tled “Member Liability” will apply.

Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. We deduct the amount of your transaction, including any charges imposed by the merchant or financial institution, from your checking account. We may debit or place a hold on your account for a transaction either on the day it is presented to us for payment, by electronic or other means, or on the day we receive notice of the transaction — whichever is earlier — even though the transaction may not be actually posted to your account until a later date. When you use your Visa Debit Card for a Visa transaction, if the merchant requests preauthorization for this transaction, we will place a three (3) business day hold on your account for the amount of the preauthorization request (which may vary in some cases from the amount of the actual purchase, depending on the merchant’s request). You agree that all transactions that you initiate by use of your VISA Debit Card are legal in the jurisdiction where you live and/or where the transaction occurred. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located, including the United States. Your VISA Debit Card may only be used for legal transactions. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that internet gambling transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions in which you may be located. We have restricted all online gambling transactions with the VISA Debit Card. Some merchants may permit you to initiate debit and bill payment transactions with your card using either the Visa network or another network shown on your card, such as the PLUS or CO-OP networks. The Credit Union will honor your debit transactions processed by any of these networks. Transactions processed over the Visa network do not require you to use your PIN to validate the transaction. Generally, you will sign a receipt, provide your card number (e.g. internet, mail, or telephone transactions), or swipe your card at a terminal. The amount of any transaction is limited to $10,000 each day if you have available funds in your account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction, which would draw upon insufficient funds or require us to increase our required reserve on the account. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. You are solely responsible for any disputes you may have with merchandise or services received using the VISA debit card. We are not responsible for any damages, liability, or settlement resolution as a result of the misrepresentation of quality, price, or warranty of goods or services by a merchant. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of VISA Debit Card transactions may apply: • Maximum number of VISA Debit Card purchases you may make per day is 35. • Maximum limit of cash withdrawals you may make in any one day from an ATM machine is 4. • Individual daily ATM debit card limit is established at the time of the opening with a maximum of 400.00.
