Required Regulatory Approvals definition

Required Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
Required Regulatory Approvals means the Seller Required Regulatory Approvals and the Buyer Required Regulatory Approvals.
Required Regulatory Approvals means those certificates, no-action letters, notices, sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits, licenses, waivers, early termination authorizations, clearances, written confirmations of no intention to initiate legal proceedings and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Authorities as set forth in Schedule I hereto.

  • No Party shall willfully take any action that will have the effect of delaying, impairing or impeding in any material respect the receipt of any of the Required Regulatory Approvals.

More Definitions of Required Regulatory Approvals

Required Regulatory Approvals means with respect to a Party, any consent or approval of, filing with, or notice to, any Governmental Authority that is necessary for the execution and delivery of the Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements by such Party or the consummation thereby of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Required Regulatory Approvals means the Required Citizens Regulatory Approvals, and the Required SDG&E Regulatory Approvals.
