Application of State Laws. Nothing in this clause must operate to remove, lessen, diminish or otherwise effect in any way whatsoever:
Application of State Laws. Nothing in sections 485h–1 to 485h–5 of this title shall be construed as affecting or intended to affect or to in any way interfere with the laws of any State relating to the control, appro- priation, use, or distribution of water used in ir- rigation, or any vested right acquired there- under, and the Secretary in carrying out the provisions of such sections, shall proceed in con- formity with such laws, and nothing herein shall in any way affect any right of any State or of the Federal Government or of any landowner, appropriator, or user of water in, to, or from any interstate stream or the waters thereof: Pro- vided, That the right to the use of water ac- quired under the provisions of such sections shall be appurtenant to the land irrigated and beneficial use shall be the basis, the measure, and the limit of the right. Application of State Laws. The Company, its employees and the Union, will honour their obligations and duties under any applicable law relating to workplace health and safety; and the rights and duties of any persons or authority who has any power relating to the monitoring, implementation, inspection, enforcement or prosecution of any matter arising under such laws; and the operation and application of such laws. The parties to the Agreement are committed to maintaining and improving a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and other persons on and around the DC.
Application of State Laws. 40.1.1 The Company and its team members, will honour their obligations and duties under any applicable law relating to workplace health and safety; and the rights and duties of any persons or authority who has any power relating to the monitoring, implementation, inspection, enforcement or prosecution of any matter arising under such laws; and the operation and application of such laws.
Application of State Laws. 9. (1) Where any laws of South Australia referred to in paragraph (b) of sub-clause (2) of clause 2 of the Agreement, as purporting to have the effect referred to in that paragraph by virtue of legislation of South Australia enacted in accordance with that paragraph, cannot, by reason of section 52 of the Constitution, have that effect as laws of South Australia, the provisions of those laws shall have that effect by virtue of, and in accordance with, the Commonwealth Places (Application of Laws) Act 1970-1973.

The Parties will honour their obligations and duties under any applicable law relating to workplace health and safety and will respect the rights and duties of any persons or authority who has any power relating to the monitoring, implementation, inspection, enforcement or prosecution of any matter arising under such laws; and the operation and application of such laws. The Parties are committed to maintaining and to improving the safe and healthy working environment to which all employees and other persons in and around the DC are entitled.
