Apertures. Where there are apertures in any boundary, including, but not limited to, windows, doors, bay windows and skylights, such boundaries shall be extended to include the windows, doors and other fixtures located in such apertures, including all frameworks, window casings and weather stripping thereof, together with exterior surfaces made of glass or other transparent materials; provided, however, that the exteriors of doors facing interior Common Element hallways, If any, shall not be included In the boundaries of the Unit and shall therefore be Common Elements. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, any elevators (including all mechanical equipment serving, and housing for the elevators) wholly contained within and solely serving a Unit (to the exclusion of all other Units), if any, shall be deemed part of the Unit. Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the structural components of the Building, and the Life Safety Systems, regardless of where located, are expressly excluded from the Units and are instead deemed Common Elements. For purposes hereof, to the extent that the Building includes a curtain and/or window wall, then any glass and/or transparent surfaces incorporated into the curtain and/or window wall system (and any installations or other portions of the curtain and/or window wall system) shall be deemed excluded from the Unit, considered part of the structural components of the Building and be deemed Common Elements hereunder. Fan 1.5.1. An axial fan with a diameter of 710 mm shall be mounted on the left side of the fan cylinder. The diameter of the cylinder shall be equal to the diameter of the fan. The fan shall produce a certain rate of air flow through the cylinder according to the test scenarios in Appendices 2 to 5. A frequency converter may be used to adjust the fan speed. 1.6. Mock-up components 1.6.1. The dimensions of the engine mock-up are 1,000 mm × 650 mm × 500 mm. The dimensions of the muffler mock-up are diameter 400 mm × 800 mm. The exhaust manifold mock-up shall have the inner dimensions of diameter 80 mm × 900 mm. The mock-up components shall be hollowed. The exhaust manifold mock-up shall be connected to the muffler mock-up through a pipe with a diameter of 76 mm. A pipe from the muffler mock-up shall also be used to carry the exhaust gases from the pre-warming system out from the test apparatus.
Apertures. Where there are apertures in any boundary, including, but not limited to, windows, doors, bay windows, skylights and sliding glass doors, such apertures shall not be included in the boundaries of the Unit and shall therefore be deemed part of the Shared Components, and as such, part of the Hotel Unit.

Apertures. Where there are apertures in any boundary, including, but not limited to, windows and doors, the boundaries of the Unit extend to the interior surface of all windows (which term does not include sliding glass doors but does include glass curtain walls) and extend to the exterior surface of sliding glass doors and unfinished exterior surfaces of exterior doors. The framework for windows (again not including framework for sliding glass doors) shall not be included in the boundaries of the Unit and shall be Common Elements.

  • Moonlighting Employee will focus his/her professional time, ability, and attention on City business during the term of this Agreement. To the extent consistent with applicable law, Employee shall not engage in any other business duties or pursuits whatsoever or, directly or indirectly, render any services of a business, commercial, or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior consent of the City Manager, except that: (1) The expenditure of reasonable amounts of time not in conflict with the City's needs and interests, for educational, charitable, community, and professional activities, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall not require prior consent. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b).
