No Post. Employment Obligations. No Company Employee Plan provides, or reflects or represents any liability to provide, retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefits to any Person for any reason, except as may be required by COBRA or other applicable statute, and the Company has never represented, promised or contracted (whether in oral or written form) to any Employee (either individually or to Employees as a group) or any other Person that such Employee(s) or other Person would be provided with retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefit, except to the extent required by statute.
No Post. Employment Obligations. Except as set forth in Section 2.24(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, no Company Employee Plan provides, or reflects or represents any liability to provide, retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefits to any person for any reason, except as may be required by COBRA or other applicable statute, and the Company has never represented, promised or contracted (whether in oral or written form) to any Employee (either individually or to Employees as a group) or any other person that such Employee(s) or other person would be provided with retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefit, except to the extent required by statute.

Except as set forth on Schedule ------------------------------ 4.15(g), neither the Company, any Company Subsidiary nor any Company ERISA Affiliate (i) maintains or contributes to any Company Benefit Plan which provides, or has any liability to provide, life insurance, medical, severance or other employee welfare benefits to any Company Employee upon his retirement or termination of employment, except as may be required by Section 4980B of the Code; or (ii) has ever represented, promised or contracted in writing to any Company Employee (either individually or to Company Employees as a group) that such Company Employee(s) would be provided with life insurance, medical, severance or other employee welfare benefits upon their retirement or termination of employment, except to the extent required by Section 4980B of the Code.

No HTI Employee Plan provides, or reflects or represents any liability to provide, retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefits to any person for any reason, except as may be required by COBRA or other applicable statute, and HTI has never represented, promised or contracted (whether in oral or written form) to any HTI Employee (either individually or to HTI Employees as a group) or any other person that such HTI Employee(s) or other person would be provided with retiree life insurance, retiree health or other retiree employee welfare benefit, except to the extent required by statute.
No Post doctoral Fellow who holds an appointment on the date that this Agreement is ratified by both parties shall have his or her salary reduced as a result of the implementation of this Collective Agreement.
