Description of Condominium. The name of the condominium is Sian Resort Residences I Condominium (the “Condominium”). The Condominium will contain one (1) building having a total of three hundred ten (310) Units, including three hundred nine (309) Residential Units and one (1) Hotel Unit, located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. MCZ/Centrum Florida XIX, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Developer”), is the owner of the unsold Units in the Condominium which are being offered for sale pursuant to this Prospectus. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms in each Unit in the Condominium is set forth on Schedule “A” attached hereto. The Condominium will consist of the Units described herein, the Common Elements described in the Declaration of Condominium attached hereto as Attachment “A”. As described in greater detail, many of the recreational and other commonly used facilities are not part of the Common Elements, but rather are part of the Shared Components (which are part of the Hotel Unit). Accordingly, control of those facilities is vested in the Hotel Operator, rather than the Association and the recreational facilities described in the section hereof entitled “Recreational and Certain Other Commonly Used Facilities Constructed Within the Condominium Property”. The Condominium is being created by conversion of previously existing improvements which were completed approximately in 1973 as a residential apartment complex. All of the Improvements and Units have been previously occupied. THE CONDOMINIUM WILL BE CREATED AND UNITS WILL BE SOLD IN FEE SIMPLE INTERESTS. Title to the Units will be conveyed by Special Warranty Deed.

  • Condominium This Lease and all rights of Tenant hereunder are and shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to any condominium declaration and any other documents (collectively, the “Declaration”) which are or shall be recorded in order to convert the Land and the improvements erected thereon to a condominium form of ownership in accordance with the provisions of Article 9-B of the Real Property Law, or any successor thereto, provided the Declaration does not include other terms which increase Tenant’s obligations (in any material respect) or decrease Tenant’s rights (in any material respect). If any such Declaration is to be recorded, Tenant, upon the request of Landlord, shall enter into an amendment of this Lease confirming such subordination and modifying the Lease in such respects as shall be necessary to conform to such condominiumization, including, without limitation, appropriate adjustments to Tenant’s Tax Share and Tenant’s Operating Share and appropriate reductions in the Operating Expenses for the Base Operating Year and the Base Tax Amount; provided, that, such amendment shall not reduce Tenant’s rights or increase Tenant’s obligations under this Lease (in either case in any material respect) or increase Tenant’s monetary obligations under the Lease.

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;

  • Project Description In two or three brief sentences, provide a concise description of your exhibition. Include the subject matter, type of objects to be included (paintings, sculpture, manuscripts, etc.), those responsible for organizing the exhibition, and catalogue author(s).

  • Condominiums If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development), or stock in a cooperative housing corporation, such condominium, cooperative or planned unit development project meets the eligibility requirements of Fxxxxx Mxx and Fxxxxxx Mac.
