Anticipated Changes. 11.2. The Provider will, for each meeting, produce appropriate reports for all items to be discussed, though any matter that has financial implications for LAL is to be raised by The Provider at least 5 Working Days before the meeting. To the knowledge of Parent, there is no Legal Proceeding pending to contest or appeal the amount of real property taxes or assessments levied against the Real Property or any part thereof or the assessed value of the Real Property or any part thereof for real property tax purposes. Parent has no knowledge of any special assessments which will result from work, activities or improve ments done to any of the Real Properties by any of the Parent Companies or by any tenants or other parties, or Encumbrances on or other matters affecting the Real Properties or any of them.
