Changes definition

Changes. The Detail Specification will be revised to include:
Changes means a change to the work including any addition, deletion, alteration, revision or substitution by altering, adding to, or deducting from the Work
Changes means any works or items in addition to or in substitution for the specifications listed in the FINISHING SCHEDULE, or any amendment or variation of the PLAN. “CHANGES” does not refer to the exercise of choices where choices are provided in the FINISHING SCHEDULE.

  • DATE CHANGES If in this Agreement specific periods of time for rendering services are set forth or specific dates by which services are to be completed are provided and if such periods of time or dates are changed through no fault of CONSULTANT, the rates and amounts of compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment.


More Definitions of Changes

Changes shall have the meaning given to it in Section 6.1 hereof.
Changes means updates, new versions or options, extensions, enhancements, modifications to the Services and/or to the look and feel of the Alpega websites, Customer Account, Customer Profile and/or User Accounts. Changes are governed by the Agreement.
Changes as used herein means a substitution for or omission of any job or other Requirements Within the general scope of the job, the performance of or compliance of which is Contemplated by the contract documents.
Changes means any change to the Services that would materially alter the service content, scope, or performance standards of the Services, or materially alter the cost to Spansion of the Services. Examples of changes would include replacing a significant vendor, but not day to day operational issues normally handled by staff in the routine performance of their duties.
Changes means modifications, deletions and/or additions to the terms of this Agreement.
Changes means any change, modification, action or decision with respect to the Services or the Systems.
